Those aren't parasites you half-wit. They are milk buds. If you give them a good squeeze then this white creamy milky substance comes out. It usually happens post breast feeding. Some women have them their entire lives and there is nothing wrong with them. As a body piercer, I think you should have them pierced. Pierced nipples are a lot of fun to pull on and play with and whatever else you can think of. I have pierced many-o-body parts of my wife now and she loves all of the ones that I have done. She had reservations about a few of them but I tell you now she enjoys every single one of them. Now she's always asking me to pierce something else and I don't find any problem doing it. Everything is worth a try once, if you do not like them you can always take them out. It's not like tattoo, they do come off if you don't or cant have them anymore. Good luck and whatever you decide to do, make sure to send in some more photos so that we can see the before and after shots (and just more titty pictures if you decide not to is also just as good). I like her breasts, I think they have great form, shape, hang, semi-symmetry (no breasts are exactly alike unless they are man created), and look like they would be a lot of fun to play with regardless.
